This stick built sunroom was designed right over the exiting deck to house a 4-person hot tub. There are 4 Velux skylights, 6  Sliding Doors, Vinyl bead board on interior walls and ceilings, and matching roof and siding to the main house. 

This client called after a local sunroom company came and put a Vinyl Sunroom on the back of their house but left the exterior unfinished and the old deck stairs.   We rebuilt and covered the deck stair with Trex and Trademark Railings.  We finished the framing of the porch with Azek trim boards.
