Norwell: In-Cabinet Vacuum

In My kitchen we are constantly sweeping, bending down with the dust pan and cleaning it up. I probably sweep our kitchen and eating area at least twice a day. So when we recently found a gadget that could be installed in the kitchen I was intrigued. The Sweepovac is similar to a toe-kick heat that we install in the bottom of a cabinet. You can sweep the dirt up to it and with the push of a button the debris is sucked into the vacuum. It has a bag inside like a vacuum which can be easily changed when full.

As a stand along own unit, it is low-cost alternative to central house vacuum systems, the Sweepovac SVS1500 in-cabinet vacuum is a self-contained vacuum that fits in the side or front of a cabinet, beneath the cabinet floor. Functioning as an automatic dust pan for messes, this unit is perfect for busy parents, and for people who bending can be challenging.

Once you press the kick plate, suction turns on for 10 seconds. Suction will be turned off automatically after the 10 seconds, but you can also press the kick plate again to turn it off before the 10 seconds are up.

The Sweepovac has a sleek design that allows for no loss of kitchen space. Large bag capacity can hold up to .5 gallons of debris, generally needing to be changed every 12 weeks. A light will come on when your bag needs to be replaced. The bag can be changed by opening the drawer on the unit. The air filter should be changed once a year.
