Our clients enjoy entertaining and wanted
more space to have lots of friends and family over together.
So we designed a plan to expand their existing living room to
create a large dinning room with a Butler-Pantry off of it,
and a new 5-piece master bathroom and walk-in closet built
right off of the Master bedroom.

New Bathroom built off of the Master bedroom.Custom built tile shower
with glass 2-way swing doors. The Schrock vanities have Silestone
countertops with undermount sinks. (Second Vanity unit not shown).
Whirlpool tub, with matching Silestone surround, and bead board trim,
with custom built access hatches to the tubs mechanical part. This is
truly a space that our client can spread out in and relax now
