Stoughton: Blue Tooth Shower Head Speaker.

We have had a few clients recently upgrade their standard shower head to a Kohler Moxi Shower Head, so I thought this was a good time to share some information about this fun and functional upgrade to a utilitarian bath fixture.

With the Moxie showerhead + wireless speaker, by Kohler you can listen for up to 7 hours of music, news and more by pairing wirelessly with your Bluetooth devise.

The units also come in a couple of different colors (for an additional price from the base model which is white): Navy Blue, Chartreuse, Retro Blue, and Cherry Red.

Here in the office Craig, who has always used a shower radio has been using his Moxi for the approximately six month. He says that he likes it and that it is easy to use. “One thing I don’t like about it is that it is not a Stereo speaker so it only plays 1 channel of music. Meaning, if you listen to a Beatles song you may only hear the left side of the stereo. I mainly use it for podcasts and news radio so it is great for me.”

The wireless speaker is held in place with a magnet so is slide our easily for charging but stays in place when it is in the shower head. And we have found that the battery life so far has been pretty good, it will go one to two weeks before needing to be recharged.

And when asked his thoughts of his new shower head our client Mr. G from Stoughton told us that he uses it often, and if it becomes part of your routine to bring your phone and set your playlist it’s pretty easy. “One cannot beat the concept, tho.  If you are putting in a rain shower head the Moxie is worth the consideration…”
