Scituate: Efficient Kitchen Storage

With more baby boomers downsizing their empty nests, the need for space efficient storage is all the more crucial. Kitchen storage solutions can be the trickiest of all rooms in the home. Especially if you are one of those chefs that has a gadget for every need – graters, zesters, spices from every part of the world. The building industry as well as the DIY community have been busy creating workarounds for tight spaces. Here at Almar, we have our favorites and since our favorite customer is reading this right now, we thought we’d share!
Cabinet designs have become quite sophisticated. While many of these solutions have been available with high end cabinet makers for a while, these storage enhanced cabinets are available with most cabinet companies. Bottom left is a favorite, cutting board with trash hole for peelings.
