Weymouth: Scott Walsh earns Certified Remodeling Project Manager Designation

I am pleased to share that our lead carpenter Scott Walsh recently earned his Certified Remodeling Project Manager Designation (CRPM) thru the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
Scott joined the Almar team after a decade of running his own business so he could have more time to spend with his wife and four children.
NARI Certified Remodeling Project Managers (CRPMs) are the field personnel who oversee every aspect of the project: customer satisfaction, personnel management, administration, etc. while working on the project or projects. During the NARI certification program Scott worked on developing competencies and professionalize the project manager’s role in the remodeling industry.
Scott has been a great addition to our team, he is a team leader and always willing to jump in to help solve a problem or work one on one with a client. We look forward to hearing more about what he has learned in his CRPM class and how we can implement some new techniques into our system to keep improving the remodeling process.
