Current Available Positions:

Assistant Carpenter:
The team is looking for someone who can the carpenters on site, do stock and equipment runs, learn and build their skills. 

Project Manager:
The team is looking for someone who can help us create amazing renovation. 

You will:
– Ensure “smooth and safe” projects by pre-planning and scheduling projects flawlessly.
– Be a great communicator, be able to communicate well with homeowners, team members, and trade partners.
-Work with Trade Partners
– Work with Homeowners on selections
– Provide quality control. Make sure all projects are produced correctly without defects.
– Ensure projects are fully closed out within 5 business days of final inspection and all warranty items are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
– General knowledge of all phases of construction
– Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (or obtain within 6 months of starting position.)
-Technologically savvy, able to proficiently communicate via email and learn web-based software.
-Experience with Builder Trend is a plus.
-Proven leadership skills.
-Be able to use basic hand and power tools as necessary.
-Good driving record and valid MA driver’s license
