Meet the Production Team

Our production team at Almar manages and oversees all aspects of your projects once the contract is signed. Your main point of contact will shift from the sales team to the production team. Our production team is great, and they are excited to work with you all. So, we wanted to share a little bit about some of the key team members.
Mark Caruso, CS – Production Manager
Mark, our Production Manager, oversees the big picture of the whole team.
Mark has been part of the team since the early 1990s. A Licensed Construction Supervisor, he diligently works to make sure that every job is done right. With a real eye for detail, when asked what part of Remodeling he likes the best Mark told us “the finished work.” But, he is truly good at all phases of Remodeling. For many years he enjoyed participating in Jen’s team in honor of his best friend each year for the MS Walk. Mark lives in Whitman with his wife Jean and three kids, which keeps him very busy when he’s not working.
Caitlyn Carvalho – Production Assistant
Caitlyn, our Assistant Production Manager, is often your main point of contact here in the office. She will be helping answer questions, schedule meetings, and walk you through the selection process. If she does not have an answer for you, give her some time and she will try and track it down. She will also reach out to introduce herself.
Caitlyn is originally from Hanson. A huge Bruins fan, she loves going to games and spending time with her friends and family. She even has a rabbit Stanley, named after the Stanley cup. Caitlyn brings a desire to achieve the highest level of customer service and client service possible to the Almar team. She enjoys working with those around her to ensure the best results possible. She has high attention to detail and is looking forward to working with the team to continue to improve upon process and client communication.
Scott is one of our Project Managers, he will be working with more of the details to get your project going, they will work with the town, get material orders, and work with our field teams and subcontractors.
Scott Walsh – Field Coordinator
Scott is from Weymouth, MA where he lives with his wife and four kids. He joined the Almar Team in the Fall of 2014 after a decade of running his own business. Because family comes first, he decided it was time to team up with Almar so he could spend more time with his family. Scott says remodeling is a good fit for him because he loves meeting new people and seeing the product once a project is finished.
