Who Does What During my Remodeling Project?

Our admin team will receive your contract and send out more resources on what to expect next, including tutorials on how to use BuilderTrend! BuilderTrend is a great resource for both us and our clients. It’s a place where you can see your payment schedule and even make payments. Talk with your project manager and approve selection choices. It’s even a place you can view logs of the progress happening in your home.

Meanwhile, sales and estimating will be working together with your designers or architects to start bringing your renovation to life.

Your salesmen will sit down with the production team to talk about the scope of your project.

You will be assigned a Project Manager. This member of our team will help coordinate selections, permits, work with your town’s building department, coordinate our Trade Partners and the Almar field team.

Your Project Manager will be your main point of contact from when we break ground to when we finish up the project.
